DON’t let the nepo babies win

Two thirds of state school kids leave school without any work experience.
And the majority of the best opportunities are only made available to those who are privately educated.

To raise awareness of this issue, we created a campaign for educational charity Speakers for Schools,

with the aim of rallying support for getting work experience back on the political agenda.

With a little help from some famous faces the campaign celebrates, and drives home, the value of work experience.

We kicked things off with a takeover on LinkedIn, where influential figures, and the wider community,
gave their profiles a nostalgic rebrand and changed their profiles to their teenage selves.
Film, OOH and digital followed, as well as over 250 pieces of PR coverage on launch day alone.
